CHOONG-MOO was the name given to the great Admiral Yi Soon-Sin of the Yi Dynasty. He was reputed to have invented the first armoured battleship (Kobukson) in 1592, which is said to be the precursor of the present day submarine. Fast motion is when two or more movements are performed in quick succession, shortening the time between each move. There is one breath control for each movement. Slow motion is a single movement performed slower than normal to demonstrate the technique, balance and breath control. Connecting motion is when two movements are performed and the initial movement is used in preparation for the second. There is one breath control and one sine wave motion. Continuous motion is where a two or more techniques are performed without pausing, each movement finishes fully but flows straight into the next move. There is only one breath in followed by a short exhale for each technique.
